Robin Pre-Booking Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to pre-book Robin by Wings! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your pre-booking.

1. About Wings

Robin car is brought to you by Wings EV Private Limited, a private limited company, incorporated and existing under the laws of India and having its registered office at 234 Lokmanya Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452009 and Corporate Identification Number is (CIN) U34101MP2018PTC047144 (hereinafter referred to as “Wings”)

2. Pre-Booking Process

By completing the pre-booking process and paying the mentioned amount, you are reserving a Robin with Wings. This does not constitute a purchase agreement or guarantee a specific delivery date. You’ll reserve your spot on the waitlist and also lock in the introductory prices.

3. Payment Terms

  • Pre-booking payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By proceeding, you agree to abide by the terms of service of these gateways.
  • Wings is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by the payment gateway services.

4. Refund Policy

The pre-booking amount paid is fully refundable, no questions asked. You may cancel your pre-booking at any time before the final purchase agreement is signed.

To initiate a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and UPI details. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the receipt of your email.

5. Adjustment Against Final Payment

The pre-booking amount will be adjusted against the final payment at the time of vehicle delivery. Before we start assembling your Robin, we will reach out to collect a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in our production line. You’ll have the chance to select and re-confirm all your preferred features and options before finalizing your production deposit. Afterward, we’ll work with you to arrange the delivery of your new Robin vehicle and help you with registration formalities.

6. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries will begin in Bengaluru in Aug-Sep 2025 following the sequence of pre-bookings. Robin deliveries will start in other cities progressively based on demand, with a focus on establishing the necessary sales and service infrastructure.
